We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Indonesia is looking for additional team member as Chief Finance Officer. The Chief Finance Officer role at Happy Pet Indonesia allows you to operate autonomously while also collaborating as a co-pilot for Happy Pet Indonesia's President Director in delivering an insight by providing data analysis regarding the company's financial standpoints in order to jointly build the company's future.

What you’ll be doing is:

• Implement finance policies and governance frameworks & standards in accordance with Indonesian law.
• Initiate the transformation process to develop the business from a medium sized company into the leading player in our industry.
• Become an indispensable right hand and critical financial advisor for the President Director as well as the shareholders.
• Managing all short and long-term strategic financial objectives of the company, supporting the executive team with vital financial information and operational analytics, and driving a culture of accountability in managing the business.
• Oversees long-term budgetary planning, cost and cash management in alignment with the company’s strategic plans.
• Develops tools and systems to provide critical financial/accounting and operational information to the leadership team and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
• Oversee month-end closing, including financial reporting, management reporting, and statutory reporting in compliance with company standard operations.
• Build a strong network in the banking and financial industries.
• Managing the IT department together with local team and the CIO from Headquarter.
• Build a close connection to the Group CFO in the Head Office in Germany.

You should join us If you are:

• Having a solid of experiences in the same position as Chief Finance Officer and having knowledge of IFRS as well as having been in touch with IT Systems (E.g., Zoho).
• Enjoy communicating in English both in speaking and writing and want to have exposure working with different culture from different countries.
• You have a strong and solid knowledge of finance, yet you are hungry for more and want to advance your career.
• Business development is one of your passions.
• Open minded character, Self-motivated, have ability to learn and enjoy building relations with others and having an excellent management and problem-solving skills.
