Lowongan Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Java) di PT Advance Intelligence Indonesia

• Lead a small/medium-sized team of backend engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, front-end engineers, and data scientists, to develop innovative solutions and products.
• Ensure that the team is following agile methodologies and that project timelines are met.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure that the team follows best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure that they are growing and developing their skills.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the efficiency and scalability of the backend systems.
• Work with the IT team and make sure all systems and procedures are secure and compliant.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, including experience in designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems.
• At least 2 years experience leading a team of backend engineers and delivering successful projects.
• Strong skills in Server Side Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST, Maven, Github, and other open-source Java Libraries.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Good grasp of Data structures & Algorithm concepts demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
• Rich knowledge of relational database design and query optimization.
• Experience in Golang/Docker/Kubernetes/Microservices technology is a plus.
• Experience in the payment/financial system is a plus.
• Experience in the full-SDLC cycle as a Scrum Master is a plus.
• Experience in technical team management is a plus.
• Ability in managing multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English.
• Good Learning attitude and capacity, willingness to share knowledge.
• Experience with payment/financial systems is a plus.
