The Opportunity
The Brand Manager is responsible in supporting the National Business Manager with execution of marketing strategies in achieving the business and brand objectives.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Brand and portfolio custodian to ensure all branding materials are consistent and aligned to brand guide across all relevant platforms.
- Lead the timely preparation, launch and execution of all marketing programs/ collaterals/ activities for the assigned projects and portfolios across 360° initiatives.
- Source for branding opportunities in ATL, Online, BTL as appropriate to the brand with an eye to maximise ROI and explore suitable promotion/sampling/sponsorship opportunities in schools, hospitals, pharmacies, or any other platforms relevant to brand objectives.
- Manage the brand’s digital and social media platforms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers in implementation of marketing collaterals and promotional materials to ensure timely and smooth campaign execution.
- Collate market intelligence information regularly to retain brand’s competitive edge. To have constant review, monitoring and comparison made within the industry/competitors communication strategies to recommend next steps for the brand.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas during the planning of marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Plan and work within budget of assigned marketing campaign/projects. To prepare post mortem reports after each campaign to evaluate effectiveness and key learnings.
- Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations.
- Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc assignments, where required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
The Brand Manager should be an individual that is willing to learn and constantly strive to positively contribute to the team with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being independent, proactive, meticulous, data-driven with creative problem-solving skills are key to grow within the organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.
- minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience in the consumer products industry.
- Digitally savvy. Aware of the latest marketing, social media, branding, and e-commerce trends.
- Strong analytical mindset. Proficient in deriving insights from data and translate into actionable plans.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of ownership. Able to work under pressure with good multitasking and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify, and Mailchimp will be an added advantage.
