Job Description

• Conduct regular reach out and initiate partnerships with corporates and organizations  
• Create a pipeline to acquire new startup community members
• Engage with startups within internal and external community
• Organize and track the administrative flow of onboarding startups
• Organize and manage events in BLOCK71 Yogyakarta
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, startups, tech communities, incubators, and accelerators
• Respond to startup tenants and clients in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of work experience as a BD manager, community manager or similar role in the tech or startup industry
• Proven experience in partnerships and engagement with relevant communities and stakeholders
• Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Excellent event management skills and are able to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
