ROLES 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tooling
• Write scripts and queries to automate various processes using SQL and Javascript
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to build and refine operations process, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation of system processes and tools

• 2-5 years of work experience
• >2 years of technical experience with SQL, Javascript, ideally in relations to operations and automation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE 💯

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Operations Specialist with 2-5 years of work experience, with >2 years of technical experience. They will develop and maintain operations tools and automation on low-code systems, and work with various operations teams to improve existing processes and find new ways to streamline our operations.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of SQL and Javascript, and be able to operational support for our software applications and systems. Experience with Front End and/or low-code internal tooling platforms is a bonus!
