Hi! We are Creativera. 

Creativera is a creative and media production agency based in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Born in social our work is now full service, simply loving big ideas that connect and create real change for our client's business. We are independently owned, and founded in 2015.

Here in Jakarta, we have huge ambitions. We’ve doubled in size over the last few years and broadened both our client list and the kind of work we’re doing for them. Our roots are in social and we love it - it’s where we get to understand different audiences, experiment, gain insight, and see how people engage and respond to ideas. 

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Digital Proficiency: Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic creative agency environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work closely with creative teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships effectively.
  • Budget Management: Basic understanding of budget management for project coordination.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role within a creative / Advertising Agency.
  • Familiarity with the creative process and marketing principles.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and feedback.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of creative projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop marketing and advertising strategies that align with their goals and the agency's capabilities.
  • Creative Briefing: Communicate client expectations and project requirements clearly to the creative team, ensuring a shared vision and successful project outcomes.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during projects, finding effective solutions and maintaining a positive client-agency relationship.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with regular project updates and performance reports, using data and analytics to make informed recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
