Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

Leading the company's operations in accordance with the vision, mission and applicable laws and regulations
Carry out policies and carry out company management functions in a professional manner so that it grows healthy and sustainable
Develop and propose organizational structures, policies, strategic plans and work programs of the company and propose them to management for approval
Plan and propose a budget for company facilities, infrastructure and facilities to management for approval
Plan and carry out human resource competence improvement as needed through continuous formal and informal education
Ensuring the implementation of excellent service in order to fulfill the company's responsibility to the customers served in accordance with laws and regulations
Monitoring, evaluating performance and supervising the company's quality improvement and development programs as well as making reports to management
Responsible for planning, directing and supervising all operational activities of the company in achieving optimal and efficient productivity targets
Synergize all business and company operations through the use of systems and technology
Plan, determine, supervise, make decisions and coordinate financial matters for the company's operational needs
Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out organizational goals

Requirements:

Minimum S1 All majors
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a reputable company and preferably in the manufacture
Having experience and good track record in the same industry is preferred
Strong in terms of analysis and decision making as well as follow-up implementation
Have critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Have an orientation towards high quality, detail, accuracy & tight deadlines
Have strategic planning
Able to work in a team or individually
Able to set company standards regarding all operational processes
Have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong in detail and able to provide direction to changing work demands
Have multitasking ability & high loyalty
Having effective time management skills and organizational skills
Strong leadership skills and have integrity
Fluent in English both spoken and written
