Lowongan Storekeeper of Restaurant di PT Shelter Indonesia Group

We, Shelter Indonesia Group - Bali, one of Pererenan’s popular venues is looking for a Storekeeper to join our team immediately. A large part of the job will revolve around manage stock of restaurant and as a storekeeper. You must be inventive, able to multitask, and have a good communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that quality of goods received is in accordance with the requested standards.
• Check below there is no damage or defect to the goods received before storage.
• Check the number of items received according to the Purchase Order and Delivery Order before storage.
• Store items according to the procedure standard.
• Prepare the items requested by each department.
• Fill out inventory cards and systems for items received and exited.
• Doing physical goods inventory.
• Make a purchase request for a storage goods that are close to the minimum stock.
• Maintaining the validity period of goods.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the storage.
• Periodically recalculate goods according to the inventory card/system, and monthly inventory.
• Filing inventory documents.

Requirement Skills :

• Minimum D3 iploma III all Majors with GPA min. 3,00 of 4,00
• Have communication, analysis, managerial skill, and strong administration.
• Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
• Experience as a storekeeper and or storage administration minimum 2 (two) years.
• Placement in Bali
