Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Financial modelling for M&A, fund raising, etc
• Manage/assist in end-to-end execution of fundraising and M&A activities
• Financial statements and business performance analysis
• Assist in creating presentation materials for Council, Boards/stakeholders
• Prepare regular reporting to Council, Board/stakeholders
• Manage communication with shareholders and investors
• Coordination/liaise with all relevant business units

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in financial consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate financial analysis
• Savvy financial analysis and financial modelling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships up to the C-Level.
• Have prior experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Fund Raising
