Job Responsibilities:

·      The candidate is responsible for handle all communications: Bulletins to all agents for market updates and GNG/ PSA BDP news from GNG, Troubleshooting and navigate for GNG partners in PSA BDP

·      The candidate is also required to preparing GNS membership invoices, send to agents and perform follow ups for the payment.

·      Partner Connect administration: Regularly update data in Partner Connect, approve user requests

·      Overall administration for GNG: Maintain the Agent master file list, Agent agreement files, distribution lists, annual renewal of COC and FCPA forms

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any major.
• Minimum two (2) year experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
• Basic knowledge in computer software packages.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Customer oriented, mature and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is vital.
