Lowongan TENANT RELATION SUPERVISOR di PT Toba Pengembang Sejahtra

Responsibilities:

·      Create performance planning program, work schedule and budgeting. Giving direction and training for TR Staff. 

·      Updates regulation and procedures that apply in Tenant Relation Department, occupant rules, fit out regulation, handling complaints, Tenant request, Tenant guides, include Tenant overtime.

·      Conduct periodic surveys to obtain updates on cost or other relevant matters for supporting building planning and policies.

·      Update Tenant data regularly such as Tenant names and units, uccupancy rate data and other data required by Building Management.

·      Conduct periodic ceremonial such as Public Holiday, Birthdays of Tenant, Social Program, Promotions and Branding Management agenda.

·      Always control and field inspections with other relevant department, make a notes for findings, if there is damage or things that need to be followed up, make a report to direct superior.

·      Prepare announcement draft letters for Tenants, domicile certificates as needed and respond for complaints or request from Tenants.

·      Always check with related parties before carrying out the handover process for office units, including signing the minutes of handover and other documents to Tenant.

·      Checking and following up on daily complaint report (logbook) and ensure that complaint or request is responded and resolved in accordance to Building procedures.

·      Provide weekly and monthly report include team conditions, performance evaluations, Tenant matters.

Requirements:

·      Maximum 37 years old

·      Having minimum a Bachelor Degree in any major

·      At least 3 years of working experience in the related field - Tenant Relation Supervisor (Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent)

·      Well communicated with the team and proactively in problems solving

·      Good looking, friendly and responsible

·      Good personality, communication skill, and business manner

·      Well maintain with tenant relations

·      Computer literacy (Ms. Office applications, in particular)

Fluent in english.
