 Job Descriptions:

• Propose development ideas and implement business strategies, exploration & promotions to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct direct and regular communication with Customers and/or Distributors regarding all business strategies, promotional budgets, A/R and investments of each Distributor through business reviews, monthly reports, daily activities, promotions & sales activities.
• Explore, develop and propose new business ideas from the Company and/or requests from Distributors and be responsible for business implementation (both in terms of products, area expansion and business strategies).
• Provide proposals on the results of identification of business risks that may arise and propose anticipatory programs as well as negotiate with Customers and / or Distributors on decisions that have been determined by the Company.
• Manage and be responsible for Trademark Registration of products & brands abroad until completion.
• Ensure the completeness of the LOA and MOU of each Customer and / or Distributor on a regular basis.
• Carry out all other projects according to assignments from superiors for the company's business development
• Help HOAI handle trademark registration of products & foreign Brands

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any field
• Having working experience preferably minimum 1-3 years in Sales FMCG
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate is a must
• Meticulous, Multitasking
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and in team work
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Already vaccinated for Covid-19, dosage 3 (Booster)
• Placement in Jakarta Utara
