Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): At least 4 years experience in F&B Industry, excellent knowledge food costing/COGS, stock control and inventory, able to create new menus, Creative, Open minded.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the kitchen team and management
Ability to design and create menus that cater to the restaurant's concept and customer preferences
Implementing hygienic, safety food and Waste Management in daily operation
Schedule & Evaluate Kitchen Employees.
Making Report progress weekly and/or monthly
Monitoring all Kitchen and Restaurant Area
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Willing to be placed Sleman, Yogyakarta.
