Lowongan Business Development Analyst di PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia

Sumitomo Forestry is a diversified Japanese company that focuses in timber, building materials and residential real estate development. We are searching for Candidate to assist our business. Currently PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia is expanding its business to Property Industry and establishing new subsidiaries.

Requirements:

1.      Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance/Accounting, Real Estate, Urban Development (Perencanaan Wilayah Kota).

2.      At least 2-3 years of working experience in the business development/market study/corporate finance related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates with excellent record from reputable universities are welcome to apply.

3.      Having experience working in Property consultant/developer is preferred.

4.      Good understanding of real estate market, business expansion, and corporate action.

5.      Proficient in Ms. Office, Financial Reporting/Modelling and good communication skills in English (both oral and writing).

Job Descriptions:

1.      In-depth market study, including analysis and recommendation on real estate market and general industry/economics trend.

2.      Development of financial feasibility study for prospective projects.

3.      Work with architect/design planning team in relation to product development.

4.      Work with finance/accounting team in relation to budget and cost control.

5.      Work with legal team in relation to commercial terms of transaction documents.
