  • Have a strong leadership skill; able to be assertive, comfortable in making decisions and commercial acumen.
  • Have the ability to lead multi-projects and work effectively in a multi-functional project team.
  • Independent thinker and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clarify customer targets and requirement as per the contract
  • Coordinates overall planning of the project
  • Decide on purchasing of materials required for the project and monitor their manufacturing and delivery progress
  • Monitor the progress
  • Monitor milestone and adherence to budget, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost
  • Maintain communication to customer, sub suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Adheres to Project Manager standards, related regulation and guidelines
  • Having minimum 4 years relevant work experiences (Civil) from leading companies with project management role or consulting firms with high exposure in managing key projects
