As an Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for:

Conducting research and experiments to analyze data and test hypotheses to gain an understanding of products and processes.

Applying sophisticated scientific understanding to research or development problems to provide inventive solutions toward new development efforts.

Collaborating with research and manufacturing functions throughout product development cycle projects to ensure successful project delivery.

Communicating research results to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Creating and protecting intellectual property for our company to ensure ownership of our products and designs

Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise

Performing laboratory analysis, interpreting data, providing written reports, and performing instrument troubleshooting as needed

Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research, and providing technical support and service.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry (highly preferred).

Must have 2+ years of analytical laboratory experience .

Must have experience with sample preparation, instrumentation, analysis, and data interpretation for ICP (inductively coupled) samples and systems

Have the ability to develop new test methods for in-depth product characterization

Show a solid understanding of structure-property relationships

Have exposure to sample preparation, instrumentation, analysis, and data interpretation for IC (ion chromatography) samples and systems

Have some experience with sample preparation, instrumentation, analysis, and data interpretation for ICP samples and systems

Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills

Demonstrate a basic understanding of project management

Have excellent written and verbal English skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
