Position HSE Supervisor/Coordinator

Qualifications :

·      Minimum Bachelor/diploma of Public OHS/engineering/Related Background

·      Max 35 years old;

·      Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry

·      Have AK3M From PPSDM Migas Cepu (mandatory), first aid, auditor, fire fighting, and Trainer of Trainer (TOT) certification;

·      Good communication skills and discipline

·      Fluent in english (Spoken & Writen)

·      Can Operate Ms Office

·      Familiar and audit with ISO 45001 & 9001

·      Familiar, prepared and process with CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) Oil and Gas

·      Auditor SMK3 Kemenaker 2023

·      Have a Good Knowledge about HSE Management System (SKMP & SMK3)

·      Domicile In Jabodetabek

Job Descriptions :

·      Creating work plan in relation to safety, occupational health, and environmental (HSE plan);

·      Having a good understanding on K3 management system (SMK3) and able to prepare SMK3 documents according to regulation;

·      Carrying out risk assessments, and elaborate safe operational procedures, as well as identifying and consider all hazards in all work activities;

·      Monitoring and controling the implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental policies (K3L) in all company group locations on a regular and ongoing basis;

·      Responsible for HSE-related procedures and work instructions, including work safety programs (safe campaigns, safe work permits);

·      Investigating unsafe acts and situations and take action to prevent any recurrence;

·      Providing advice, considerations, and recommendations regarding all aspects of occupational health, safety and environment (K3L) needed to increase the awareness of employees under the company's work location;

·      Conducting internal audits of performance, health, safety and environment (K3L) in all company projects on a regular basis (routine visits to all company project locations).

·      Setting up of safety standard, procedure and safe work instructions in accordance with the safety requirement and applicable standards.

·      Implementing hazard control assessments and accident investigation procedures.

·      Setting up of HSE monitoring, inspection and auditing programs and maintain associated documentation

·      Setting up of the safety training, safety, job coaching for all employees, contractor, etc in all safety a spect required at job site

·      Conducting Investigation on incident/accident; both loss to assets or human; promptly obtain preliminary report s no longer than 12 hours after occurrence; and submit the detailed report.

·      Authorized to reject unsafe materials, work tools which may endanger person or company assets.

·      Verifying that all reports are submitted to related government institutions.

·      Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and program.

·      Implementation of safety and environmental campaign and project.
