Requirements:

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Management Information or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Billing Staff (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Attitude
• Good communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
• Will be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Full-Time position(s) available

Job Description:

• Input daily sales report from tenant
• Input new tenant data into the system
• Issue invoices (system and manually) every middle and end of the month, food court tenants 4 times issue invoice in one month
• Issue penalty charge invoice to the tenant for every late payment regarding LOC or tenant agreement 
• Build a good relationship with tenants (including fixed-rent tenants) to get their sales information 
• Issue invoice for casual tenant leasing 
• Making debt note for subsidiary and affiliated company
• Send the invoice and warning letter to the tenants
• Making sales reports food court for finance
