JOB SUMMARY

  1. The role is required to manage all queries/issues pertaining to export or import invoice shipments which include some liaison with customers, internal sales team and principals
  2. Responsible for KPI of CMA CGM Indonesia related to dispute in general and ensuring the level of service of solving dispute meets customer expectations and compliance with Group and/or Agency interest

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage daily emails/calls and my CS Dispute both internal & external parties for invoice dispute matter
  2. Perform investigation & analysis for issue arises on invoice rejection to resolve customer inquiries/concerns effectively & efficiently. The key measurement will be as per group and or agency Dispute KPIs
  3. Ensure all necessary procedures for dispute resolution adhered following best practices
  4. Assist in developing & improving existing dispute process
  5. Oversee & log dispute matter to assure all requests & queries fulfilled
  6. Provide data tabulation for management review
  7. Support internal stakeholder (SSC/ GBS, Agencies & Commercial) on customer education process
  8. Maintain and expand knowledge of dispute, Auto Freighting, invoices, services rules and else as stipulated
  9. Report with direct superior if any issue arise and seek for a solution
  10. Attend Dispute weekly meeting or any spot meeting
  11. Attend the training, mandatory or not mandatory, as needed or as support of his/her role and responsibility
  12. Any other assignment as and when assigned by superior

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

  1. Minimum 2-4years working experience in international shipping / freight forwarder
  2. Bachelor Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably or qualified in customer handling

Professional Skills:

  1. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
  2. Knowledge of shipping products and services
  3. Pleasant personality with good communication
  4. Proficient in system and computer literacy Proficient in system and computer literacy
  5. Ability to work within tight timeline
  6. Sense of urgency to manage exception cases
  7. A good team player yet able to work independently.
