Requirements:

• 26-37 years old
• Have experience as manager Marketing min. 3 years
• Have experience in handling event, product lauching and branding campaign
• Proven Experience minimum for 3 years as a marketing especially in FMCG Company
• Working knowledge of analutic tools
• Good presentation skill, excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong decision-making skills and result oriented
• Good command in writing and spoken in English, can speak Chinese is preferable

Job Description:

• Develop an overall marketing plan according to the strategy house, holidays, target consumer characteristics and industry insight throughout the year and be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan
• In conjunction with the brand strategy of the strategy house throughout the year, responsible for the planning and production of social media content
• Regularly collect and sort out the marketing trends of competing brands in the industry, conduct industry analysis, and formulate corresponding marketing promotion plans in combination with the marketing strategies of competing products
• Able to plan, excute and integrate marketing planning activities and regulerly write monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Train and assist subordinates, and conduct necessary training and guidance, build organizational structure
