Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00)
• Having experience relevant to this role will be advantage (prefer that familiar with Shipping Knowledge)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Good Logical in Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
• Understand and Comprehend the RDBMS; SQL, MySQL, PhP
• Proficient and Capable with OS Windows/Linux, Office Application and any Support Software, Network

Job Description:

• Handling and troubleshoot daily matter between user and devices, application/system
• Assist/help user to troubleshooting, repairing and resolving the problem with devices, application/system and network
• Inspect and monitor the license validity period
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for trouble ticket
• Finish the job and other duties given by leader/supervisor
• Coordination and Cooperate with related parties for any IT matters
