We are pleased to inform you that Happy Pet Indonesia is looking for an additional team member as Regional Sales Manager, Central. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be in charge of planning, identifying, and establishing the execution of our products and the overall brand building. In this capacity, he or she leads a team to provide support, especially in developing markets, to achieve the target given.

Qualifications:

• Having good knowledge in FMCG Business
• Having Pet Food Industry experience will be an advantage
• Passionate in sales and developing team
• Kaliamantan Area, some area in West Java & Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor the movement of orders from each customer to maintain the target given.
• Monitor the movement of collections and establish the necessary action to push the open order into the closed order.
•  Maintain. Monitor and ensure each salesperson gives a maximum result in each month as well as achieving the national sales target.
• working closely with the logistic team related to forecasting the goods availability to be in line with the promotion and sales planning.
• Assess the effectiveness of the planning and instruction that have been communicated towards the achievement result.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of the newly opened outlet and the development of the existing account for each salesperson
• Assess and evaluate the market movement in order to keep the market updated and to plan necessary strategy to win the market
• Establish ideas, gain insight, and drive the promotion plan in order to kick off the market and achieve the desired result
• Controlling the branding budget and branding plan to be in line with the desired result
• Working closely with the marketing team to establish and create an event related to the product in order to create the demand of the market.
