Lowongan Procurement Staff (Import) di PT Grand Multi Chemicals

• Checking import documents (E Form, AI Form, JIEAP Form, RCEP, BL, Invoice packing list)
• Ensure customs documents are in accordance with the PO ordered by company
• Check the COA before the goods are shipped and ensure the self-life is as requested
• Help monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouse
• Check with local suppliers for goods delivery plans
• Responsible and report to Procurement Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate maximum 25 years old
• At least Bachelor Degree All Major Min GPA 3.00
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Fluent in english, both oral and written
• Proficient to work using Ms. Office (especially excel)
• Detail oriented, able to meet tight deadline, good communication skill
• Job location: South Jakarta
