Requirements:

• Max. 29 years old

• Fresh graduates from reputable universities and related majors are welcome

• Has experience in CRM and administration is a plus

• Experienced in a similar industry is a plus

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• English communication skills

• Eager to improve skills

• Adaptive and multitasking

• Data-driven and detail-oriented

• Has knowledge of CRM tools

• Able to utilize various platforms to deliver messages for promotional and relationshipbuilding purposes

• Understand the CRM process and reporting

• Administrative skills

• Understand the administration process

• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Able to utilize cloud storage services such as Google Drive and Dropbox

• Able to use email services such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook

• Able to operate Canva

• Able to utilize the scheduling tools such as Google Calendar and Calendly

Job description:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers

• Running CRM programs to increase brand-resilient

• Coordinating with the operational team to help boost the awareness of ongoing and upcoming promotions

• Handling customer surveys for service and product improvement purposes

• Creating CRM reports as the work and program evaluation

• Assisting the marketing team in their administration quires such as budget request, payment

request, etc.

• Filing documents in and out

• Recap marketing division expenditure

• Supporting the marketing program
