Lowongan Sales Retail Supervisor di PT Surya Tata Alam Raya

1. Responsible to lead generation (retail order) for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration and customer relationship for STAR Mortar portfolio to achieve sales target 
2. Provide strong sales leadership for our team to achieve its financial goals and help them solve customers’ problems by providing outstanding solutions and customer service.
3. Maintain an understanding of the company's product and services
4. Engage, retain and grow customer base by leveraging STAR Mortar value proposition and current business facilities
5. Create and develop sales planning and activity on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve target
6. Understand overall market- competitors' strengths and weakness, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them 
7. Manage , develop and lead sales team.
8. Measure and drive team performance to further increase number of sales
9. Ensure products and services are delivered on time based on customers' purchase requirement
10. Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or service
11. Close collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel

Qualification:

1. Minimum education level: SMK/D3
2. Maximum 35 years old 
3. At a minimum of 2 years experience as sales will be prioritized
4. Live in Jakarta and Tangerang area
5. Will be placed in Jakarta Barat Office
6. Able to use MS Excel and MS Word
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders across functions
8. Able to lead sales team to deliver results
9. Able to work and lead a team
