Job Description

• Plan, describe, explain, analyze, and support the development of 1rstWAP's Products.

• Provide technical assistance to developers

• Implements solutions and strategies to improve our SDLC

• Self-learn and teach how to do unit testing

• Advocates agile development following the Scrum framework

• Conduct interviews and participate in the recruitment process

• Set KPI and assess the performance of staff

• Develop road maps for our systems

• Write Software Requirements Specification documents

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree

• Experienced in team management of at least 5 years

• Decent knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (CentOS/RedHat/Ubuntu),

• Experienced in Bash/Shell scripting,

• Decent knowledge of web server administration (Apache/WildFly/Nginx),

• Experienced in database clustering, replication, and optimization,

• Familiar with web security issues such as SQL Injection and other leaks

• Experienced in analyzing and defining system requirements (CPU, Memory, and Storage)

• Familiarity with open-source tools, monitoring systems, hardware troubleshooting and system backup,

• Experienced in Java, PHP, MySQL, OracleDB, SQL Server

• Familiar with agile development and the scrum framework

• Fluent in English (written and oral)
