HR GENERALIST

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, law or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource
• People Management experiences will be a Plus Point
• understand about processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
• Familiar with HRIS (Talenta), e-DABU, and online SIPP 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibility

• Recording all the employment contracts, and controlling for any expired contract and or extension contract
• Make an improvement by accomplishing integrated data of the Employee Database/ Employee Historical
• Coordinate with HR Team for all the Termination, and indiscipline issue regarding to Employee obedience
• Maintaining External & Internal Communication and Coordination to create condusive atmosphere of work
• Reporting to HR Supervisor, for all the issue related to HR, including to Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Development
• Creating onboarding plans and educate the newly hired employees on company policies & internal procedures
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
