Lowongan Electronic Product Trainer (TV) di PT Hisense International Indonesia

Responsibility:

• Implement the training program issued by the branch company, assist in managing the local training of the branch company merchants, sales managers and promoters, and implement the training closed-loop;
• Assist in the development of product training course ware and the management of promoters; Formulate monthly sales tasks for promoters; Implement the promotion incentive mechanism;
• Collect and feed back sales cases of excellent merchants or promoters;
• Follow up and analysis of the branch company SELLOUT, especially high-end sales work, and daily sales data maintenance;
• Assist in the weekly meeting of promoters.
• Assist in the implementation of promotion activities at all levels of the branch company; Whether the POPs and activity 7.materials of each store are complete, and the terminal must have an activity atmosphere;
• Monitoring and assisting management of outlet sampling and channel purchase, sales and inventory.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Similar experience from same industry (Electronics, Home Appliances)
• Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is preferable.
