Job Descriptions:

• Conduct and responsible of distribution corporates documents
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Making outgoing letters, memos, and other letters which relating to the BoD or the operationals activities
• Managing schedule BoDs activities
• Managing BoDs needs
• Conduct other relevant duties to the main job according to the instructions

Qualifications :

• Maximum 30 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor degree any major preferably in Secretary
• Proven work experience as a secretary or similar role
• Ability to organize and plan own work
• Attention to detail with excellent to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Quick learner, proactive and able to take initiative
• Assertive, resilient, and good attitude
• Good ini clerical and administrative support
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
