Summary of Position:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, and maintenance essential IT operations including operating system, security tools, applications, server, email system, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Stay informed about new features and competitive solution.
- Handle business critical IT task and system administration.
- Research and evaluate technology, hardware, and software.
- Maintenance hardware and software inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze department needs, identify, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ensure network component meet need and work together seamlessly.
- Continues analyze current process and technology.
- Maintenance laptops, desktop, software, hardware, and access point wifi.
- Maintenance PABX telephone.
- Do data backup from online storage (Dropbox) to off line storage (NAS) to make sure all data save.
- Develop and execute disaster procedures and maintenance backup data.
- Make sure internet connection for operational running well.
- Assist day to day ERP System for production and development.
- Inventory for all IT equipment.
- Make monthly budget for IT Department.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understanding the Windows Operating System and IOS (Client and Server).
- Understanding Active Directory, File Sharing, Anti Virus Management.
- Understanding wired and wireless networks.
- Can work quickly in fixing problems that occur on the user's computer.
- Proficient in assembling computer installations
- Fluent in English.
