Qualification:

1.    Age between 26 to 35 years old

2.    Graduate from reputable secretarial academy or public relation school

3.    Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

4.    Fluent in English language is a must, additional language is a plus

5.    Proficient in MS Office combine with good time-management and ability to perform multitasking, additional computer skills are a plus

6.    Self-confident, integrity and attractive personality  

7.    Available for immediate opening

Job Description:

1.    Assist management’s corporate communications including written, electronic, and verbal in timely mannered

2.    Keep track management’s appointments and coordinate with relevant parties and compose minute of meeting if required. 

3.    Manage incoming communication which results in greater management productivity.

4.    Organize and safekeeping document both hardcopy and softcopy in well-structured system.

5.    Assist management in composing letters, documents, emails, proposals and following up with relevant parties.

6.    Make reservation both transport and accommodation for management’s travel and related arrangement.

7.    Lead and coordinate office related protocol task

8.    Perform various office task and personal errands.
