Job Requirements:

1. Proven Experiences as collection Remedial Supervisor/ Area collection Head from MultiFinance company with 3-4 Years experience.
2. Having an Active SPPI Certificate (Issued by APPI) in Collection
3. Having network with external Proff Coll and able to develop relationship with Local Police office.
4. Understanding on soft collection activities and how to build that (ie. Messages Reminder, Desk Collection, Warning letters).
5. Experience on Field Collection Activities From Negotiation to full Repayment or CAR Repossesion Process
6. Language English (Written - Moderate).
