Responsibilities

• Organizing and conducting full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Responsible to translate the profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and hiring the distinctive candidate.
• Prepare, maintain, and update employee files including contract management for new, existing, and exiting employees.
• Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, performances, bonus and leaves.
• Developing key metrics/KPI to measure employee performances.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
• Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in technical support tools such as Ms. Office.
• Target Driven, Innovative and Creative Problem Solver.
• Ready to be placed in North Jakarta
