Responsibilities

• Concept and design of a new product line with a good design package by leveraging deep experience in print design & product visuals
• Lead by example, contributing to projects and delivering impactful visual design. Actively participate in brainstorming and helping to create the best design.
• Develop product & packaging graphic solutions/prototypes to convey a current and brand-relevant look.
• Collaborate with other departments, factories, and vendors related to product and packaging development.
• Proficient in evaluating package design for fit, structure-function, materials, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Design Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of product & packaging development experience.
• Have good visual & design skills (familiar with the Adobe family).
• Understand packaging material (paper, flexible, corrugated, rigid packaging), printing and packaging development processes.
• Great attention to detail & ability to work with tight deadlines
• Great Communication Skills
