Job Description :

·      Managing all Business Development and establish marketing strategies to develop sales opportunities.

·      Provide logistics guidance to business management teams and proactively communicate information internally at a country, regional, or global level. 

·      Key role in the development, negotiation and implementation of strategic sourcing plans for logistics services.

·       Accountable for the performance and cost of suppliers of transportation, terminals, warehouses, international service and other logistics needs.

·      Lead and manage risk analysis for logistics and drive the development of actionable alternatives.

·      Direct and lead implementation of the overall logistics strategy for all products across all company sites for all modes of transportation.

Qualifications :

·      Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Science & Technology or equivalent

·      Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Logistics

·      Good knowledge in Logistics Business process 

·      Excellent negotiation and communication skills

·      Possess leadership skills and good presentation skills

·      Preferred competency: e-Commerce experience, excellent business network in Indonesian market

·      Familiar with unicorn business model
