Job Description:

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards
• Conducting inspections and tests of products to ensure they meet established quality standards
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Providing training to employees on quality control procedures and standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities
• Managing and supervising quality control personnel
• Participating in the development and implementation of new products or processes to ensure quality standards are met

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other relevant majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control on Supervisor Level.
• Great knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in the use of quality control tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Fluent in mandarin will be a plus.
