Lowongan Assistant Retail Operation Manager di PT Ming Jaya Sejahtera

Job Descriptions:

• Assist manager on day to day operation for all retail channel (offline stores, e-commerce, and marketplace)
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual target
• To manage ideal inventory level for each channel/stores and conduct stock opname regularly.
• Overseeing the SOP, administrative processes and complains are carried out properly by the operational team.
• Doing testing & analyzing CS/Sales performance and service quality for measuring customer service satisfaction
• Support for doing product research, and others operation works & monitoring
• Review and evaluate staff's report
• Manage team of various positions such as : Customer Service, Sales Associate, Merchandise, Service Center
• Coaching, training and counseling for internal team
• Report daily, weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

• Maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree from a reputable university from All Major
• Able to speak English (Speaking & Writing)
• Minimum 2 years experience as Retail Operation Supervisor or Retail Assistant Manager.
• Having good knowledge and experience in retail industry
• Having experience in handling stores, marketplace or e-commerce.
• Have a strong leadership to manage team, good communication, collaboration, negotiation and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Inventory
