• Strategy Mapping:

Collaboratively develop annual goals for the HBI Indonesia entity.

Ensure these goals are aligned to overall organizational goals.

Develop framework of processes, organization structure and workplans to achieve these goals.

Monitor and provide close oversight to ensure completion of goals.

P&L owner

• Operation Management:

Monitor team’s daily operation, enforce departmental discipline and ensure that the implementation of strategies, initiatives and KPI aligned with company business growth’s requirements.

Drive business development by identifying new business opportunities and improve existing business, and work closely with other functional managers in developing the sales opportunities.

Define sourcing for local suppliers sourcing standards, keep and develop good relationship with carrier and airlines to develop air and sea products with the most optimized rates and space

Maintain and develop strategic customers relationship, make sure team’s daily operation meet and exceed customers’ requirement

• A good team leader:

Map out roles and responsibilities of key personnel. Collaboratively develop work objectives, work plans and skills development plans for each key personnel.
