Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute the tender process schedule for all construction work and projects to meet the development objectives of the company.
- Monitor and control all project tender schedules.
- Manage the tender process according to the procedures laid down by the company i.e, prequalification of contractors, calling of tenders and quotations, review submissions, organize tender interviews, conduct tender evaluations and put up recommendations for awards.
- Review all tender drawings, scope of works, specifications and BOT (Bill of Tenders) prepared by consultants or in-house design team.
- Propose, prepare and control the development budgets.
- Supervise the administrative process of all work contracts start from preparation, execution, purchase request / purchase order, and check the completed project bill.
- Prepare and monitor monthly records of project costs, payment and cash flow, etc.
- Set up the update records of construction and material cost data
- Managing and supervise all team in contract department
