Lowongan Photographer / Videographer Staff di PT Prisma Harapan

1. Assist in Marketing team and must be willing to shoot videos with talents, include Saturday indoor & outdoor around Jakarta or another area if necessary;
2. Must be willing to editing videos for content creation if necessary;
3. Handle shooting from pre-production to post-production process;
4. Direct and work closely with Content Writer to combine promotional concept;
5. Set up and operate the video, audio, lighting equipment used to enhance projects;
6. Strong creative thinking to solve business challenges with a good understanding of visual design and deliver the concept to enhance Marketing materials;
7. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of the creative work and that they are delivered on time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Visual Communication Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent (must have at least 2 years experiences of videography and video editing, have experience in Digital Agency will be plus);
2. Required Skill: Rich and fluent experience in shooting, editing and have good knowledge of different kinds of editing tools.
3. Excellent in shooting video through DSLR, mirrorless, and Drone;
4. Familiar with the arrangement of lighting and shadow in photographic scene (experience in directing will be highly considered);
5. Having a good sense of taking picture and knowledges of videography;
6. Experience with agile processes and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
7. Good communication skill in good attitude and hungry to learn something new and grow up skills;
8. Positive and proactive attitude to work effectively and collaboratively with other teams and departments;
9. Keeping up with the latest trends, and developments in art, design, creative, and digital landscapes
