Lowongan Production Superintendent (Saponification and Toilet Soap Products) di PT Oleochem & Soap Industri

Summary:

This role will be responsible for daily supervision of the production process in the Toilet Soap Products and Saponification section, to carry out daily production plan and ensure production output are according to plan, as well as to ensure the utilization of manpower as per budget.

Job Desc:

• Supervise all the production process in the Toilet Soap Products and Saponification section.
• Monitoring the daily production plan and ensure the production output are according to plan.
• To control adequate material from warehouse to run daily operation.
• To coordinate with maintenance engineer regarding the breakdown machine and the preventive maintenance.
• To check and analyze detailed shift report which prepared by Supervisor.
• To control material variances and provide action plan to minimize them.
• To monitor the utilization of mapower according to budget and to evaluate their performance.
• To coordinate with related dept in order to find the best solution / adjustment for any change in daily plans.

Requirements:

As one of Manufacture that produce Bar Soap for export oriented we need someone who has:

• Strong communication skill, able to speak English fluently and also able to write in Good English report.
• Strong capability knowledge and experienced as Assistant Manager or Superintendent in Production especially for Toilet Soap Products (1 position)
• Strong capability knowledge and experienced as Assistant Manager or Superintendent in Production especially for Saponification (1 position)
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office).
• Able to work in written report as per required.
• Interpersonal skill, Leadership skill, Negotiation skill, Organizational Skill, and strong team player as a team.
• Has high Integrity, problem solving and good decision making.
• Has skill to handle meeting or conflict that may raise.
• Bachelor degree, preferably from Chemical Engineering, Machine Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably min 5 years experience in assistant manager level, or total 9 years experience in various level of position in Soap or Oleochemical Manufacture (must experience in oil based saponification process with full boiled and half boiled machine).
