Job Description :

• Responsible to help Performance Marketing Manager for implementation of strategies for our digital paid ads including but not limited to paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Ensures the successful delivery of the digital ads to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
• The Performance Marketing Specialist will not only focus on the creation of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns and will also ensure seamless campaign executions and stakeholder management.
• Ensures timely and smooth delivery and implementation of campaigns with zero errors
• Regular monitoring of campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations in a digestible presentation
• Coordinates closely with the creative team to ensure that all digital ad materials meet business and marketing objectives
• Together with the internal team, he/she ensures high levels of campaign performance and client satisfaction

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Enabler Company is priority
• Have a Google Certification or all Digital Marketing Certifications
• Has experience in digital media planning and buying, including but not limited to CPAS, Google Ads, programmatic ads (nice to have but not required), and TikTok ads (nice to have but not required)
• Has experience and understanding of technical digital media set-up
• Able to analyze and transform complex or large sets of data and other business numbers into actionable digital media strategy
• Has a strong sense of accountability and ownership when it comes to his/her assigned projects
• Is able to manage multiple tasks according to priority
• Works well in a cross functional team environment
• A team player; ensures good rapport and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
