Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  1. Identify client/customer needs, develop strategies and execute tactics to achieve business and sales team objectives.
  2. Meeting planned business and sales team goals. Win or secure orders according to sales target.
  3. Develop new market potentials outside current main market.
  4. Build and maintain good relationships with clients/customers.
  5. Experienced professional handling bolt tensioning and engage in end-to-end client/customer relationships such as gathering, pitching, providing solutions, account management, and closing deals.
  6. Actively coordinate with sales team and other internal departments to service client/customer needs.
  7. Review client/customer request (RFI, RFQ, tender, proposal) and process PO/orders through internal procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in engineering-related discipline
  2. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the energy, oil and gas, power, mining, manufacturing or EPCI industries. Experience working for oil and gas operator (K3S) or EPCI company will be a plus.
  3. Strong connections with oil and gas operators (K3S) or EPCI companies. Access to other industries is also an advantage.
  4. Proven track record of personal selling (B2B) and closing deals with prospective clients/customers.
  5. Experience selling or dealing with bolt & nut, cable ladder/cable tray and/or cathodic protection will be a plus.
  6. Have extensive contacts or personal access to customers who require bolt & nut, cable ladder/cable tray and/or cathodic protection will be a plus to be able to promote the Company’s products and services.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong prioritization/multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities, and negotiation skills.
  8. Passionate about what you do, a team player, and able to think outside the box.
  9. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus.
  10. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta, with day visit to Cikarang in regular basis.
  11. Between 26 and 35 years of age is preferred.
