Our client is an agritech /biotech company focusing on the production and processing of insects. It is converting low value organic substrate into high quality products thanks to insects. Our main current products are sustainable animal feed (proteins and oils) and organic fertilizer. Since 2013, our client is running a commercial scale production site in Vietnam and exporting products worldwide. Our client complies with the highest standards in the industry (ISO 22000), only uses traceable feedstocks and is FDA approved. 

Job description

1. Conduct Basic reporting.
2. Conduct Basic Bookkeeping / record keeping such as registration of invoices and scanning and filling of documents.
3. Handle purchasing process includes gathering quotations from suppliers, purchase order preparation, stock keeping, transportation.
4. Conduct employment matters such as contract management, payroll, attendance report, general affairs, and building relationship and communication with workers.
5. Point of contact for local partners and suppliers

Requirements

1. Good command in English both written and speaking.
2. Has an experience minimum 3 years in similar role.
3. Must be ready to relocate to Palembang.
4. Willing to work on site during the week (4–5-hour drive from Palembang)
5. Reporting to Director
