Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the Hotel industry is a Plus.
• Preferably Supervisor specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Between 22 to 35 years of age.
• Reporting (financial report, tax, general ledger, journal).
• Detail-oriented, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficient PMS System with Xero, VHP, and Light Speed System
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

• Collect all financial data from each accounting in each business unit
• Monthly and yearly financial analysis.
• Budgeting
• Control daily accounting process.
• Monthly & yearly tax reports.
• Prepare month-end closing journals in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Compile financial reports for various Management.
• Review balance sheets, ensure reconciliations are performed.
• Ensure balance sheets are a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities of the hotel.
• Send financial reports every month to owners
