Job Descriptions :

GlobalXtreme is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment and Training Officer to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, and module development. This role involves collaborating with our various branches, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and designing effective training modules and conducting training for new/existing employees to enhance their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
• Develop comprehensive training modules and conduct engaging training sessions for employees across all branches.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training roles, preferably within the technology or telecommunication industry.
• Proven experience in conducting successful recruitment campaigns and developing training modules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in Bali and travel to other branches in Malang, Balikpapan, and Samarinda as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
