Lowongan Accounting Staff di PT Yofc International Indonesia

1. Daily manually Recapitulation AP invoices from Vendor, Input data into ERP System
2. Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
3. Create Tax Invoices, able to issue invoice more than 1.000 invoices in a month
4. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department and other related departments
5. Prepare accounts payable reports
6. Assist with any tasks as required by the departments

Qualification :

1. Candidate must possess at least from accounting University or equivalent
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in accounting and finance
3. Good communication in English
4. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and principles
5. Strong with excel formula and reconcilliation
6. Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (ERP System or SAP)
7. Accuracy and attention to detail
8. Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
9. Honest and an initiative person, able to work autonomously and as a team member
10. Personal effectiveness skills in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities
11. Good communication in English is a must
