Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading the project implementation team to complete project research, development and implementation, system launch and acceptance;

2. Responsible for the analysis and design of customer business requirements, control of the scope of requirements, and the preparation of core documents;

3. Responsible for controlling the implementation process, controlling project scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost and project change management;

4. Responsible for the coordination and mobilization of various resources during the project implementation process, and able to guide the team implementation consultants and development consultants to complete the tasks assigned;

5. Responsible for the control and management of on-site personnel during project operation and on-site communication with customer senior management;

Qualifications

1. Computer, software, business management and other related majors, with 5 years of experience in project management/demand analysis/technology development.

2. Has implementation experience in the forestry/agricultural industry, large-scale IoT projects, smart manufacturing projects, and enterprise digital transformation projects will be highly preferred;

3. Familiar with project management or has a PMP certificate is preferred; familiar with the entire process of project management, and master the characteristics of waterfall and agile model management; familiar with the purpose and content of key outputs at each stage of the project process, and has the ability to independently output project management plans.

4. Has good communication skills, coordination and planning skills, logical thinking skills, data analysis skills, document preparation skills, and strong pressure resistance and execution capabilities;

5. Has the ability to lead a team, value teamwork spirit, and be able to well allocate work tasks to team members;

6. Excellent English ability and fluent spoken English;

7. Accept domestic and overseas business trips.
