Job Responsibilities:

• Managing overall project construction, execution and responsibilities related to the engineering, design, construction, and commissioning of the project. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC.
• Manage financial issues of project including progress claim approval, variation orders, cost reporting, etc.
• Ensure Contractors adherence to standards, permits, performance, quality and safety expectations
• Management and coordination of design and operational reviews and approvals from client and key internal stakeholders
• Review/develop technical standards, specifications, drawings and documents.
• Manage day to day commercial and contractual issues

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, architecture principles and risk management
• High integrity, good communication, innovative, creative and teamwork
• Excellent leadership skills and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
