PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make SGS Indonesia the clear number one in management system certification and training business in Indonesia (customer impact, quality, innovation, operational excellence and people)
  • Achieve P&L targets agreed upon with Local CBE Business Manager
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining existing business from SGS existing local/international account/client
  • Cooperation with Commercial Manager in generating list of recertification client
  • Preparation of proposal worksheet base on several sources such as CHR (Certification History Review), Clients last audit report, Audit plan for next recertification audit
  • Preparation and send proposal to recertification clients
  • Co-operation with Commercial Manager and Business Manager to get approval for any price reduction as necessary
  • Follow up recertification proposal to be converted into contract
  • Co-operation with Operations and Technical Team as necessary to ensure the recertification clients can be audited / executed within the due date (1 month before expiry certificate)
  • Maintain and update COSMOS and CERTNET
  • Follow up of recertification proposal to be converted into contract
  • Managing/maintaining SGS international business/account as assign by Commercial Manager or Business Manager
  • Up-grade knowledge for new standard in order to improve the competency
Administration and reporting
  • Maintain and update COSMOS and CERTNET database
  • Monthly report on status of Recertification clients
  • Monthly report on status of cancellation and withdrawn clients
  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

PROFILE
  • D3 / University degree.
  • Three years working experience, two of which for sales and/or managing clients (key account management)

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
  • Strong business sense and entrepreneur
  • Fast learner, people skills, team player, mature, responsible person.
  • Customer focused individual with lots of initiative.
  • Must be able to work independently without immediate instructions or direct and constant supervision.
  • Self starter, independent worker.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Open minded to continuous improvement.
  • Has adequate knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
  • Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.
  • Able and willing to expedite issues with other clerical and technical staff, including Certification manager and CBE Business Manager, when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external).
